      iPoker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.20 BB (5 handed) - iPoker Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

      SB ($29.04)
      BB ($47.28)
      UTG ($20.30)
      Hero (MP) ($21.93)
      Button ($20)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q, Q
1 fold, Hero bets $0.80, Button raises to $2.60, SB calls $2.50, 1 fold, Hero raises to $8, 1 fold, SB calls $5.40

      Flop: ($18.80) 9, 6, K (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $9.40, SB raises to $18.80, Hero calls $4.53 (All-In)

      Turn: ($46.66) 9 (2 players, 1 all-in)

      River: ($46.66) 10 (2 players, 1 all-in)

      Total pot: $46.66 | Rake: $2.33

      Button is unknown
SB is VP:51/PR:5/AFq:44 over 177 hands

Should I contiBet here? Maybe CBet AI directly was better.
Villain is fishy so he can have a K or not really hard to say.

      Thanks

      Hi,

I'd 4-bet preflop to 9,5-10$. Reason is that BU and SB can make bigger mistakes. On flop shove doesn't accomplish much, except you'd normally get called only by Kx => I'd check behind.

What did fishymcfish have? JJ or K4s ;-)?

      Best regards,
      Anin

      Hi Anin,

preflop: ok 10€, or AI directly so that i dont have to make tough decisions on flop?
Flop: agree with you but what do i do if he shove the turn? He could be bluffing or not then. Thats why i was saying maybe shove pre.?

      Btw he had JJ :)

Depends a bit on villains, if they expect a stronger or a weaker hand when you shove? Shove looks always a bit like AK, AQ, JJ, TT, QQ. Why should anybody shove KK or AA to create fold equity?

That's what i meant. If you check behind flop, the probability for him bluffing on turn is higher or he is turning a made hand into a bluff...
If villain shoves on turn, I'd call for sure.

Good read by me! I wish it would work when I play myself... ;-)

      hummm I see
So you are checking behind with the hope that he will bluff with a worse hand on the turn. And we are calling anyway which if he has Kx will be the same as shoving on the flop as I did. But we might get more money if he bluffs!!
      I like the thinking!

Ok because when you said on your first post that you were checking behind I thought that you might be folding on the turn.

Thanks Anin, as usual very helpful and again nice read!!

I think you played your hand fine
You can c-bet smaller to 7-8$, but likely I´d also call c/rai, since pot is too big to fold. Don´t like to check behind, since you give him free card if he has Ax hand and your hand is strong enough to b/c there

Just one more thing with this hand.

Even with the K on the flop, we are not getting away with our hand?
What would have you done if he had CBet on this flop?

      Thanks

I would likely just shove, but it depends so much you´re and his image and your history
But in general yes I won´t get away there with QQ
