      We don't have much info about opps, but I tend to play this more or less the same (excluding betting size pre, but I already said bout that in some other thread). I don't like raising flop because even tho SB and MP2 checked that doesn't mean they won't make a move. It somehow gives them cheap turn card to catch their draws, but I think I'll better choose that way rather than getting c/3bet from SB or MP2 and overall end up in shitty situation with second pair on so draw heavy board.
      Turn is a fold I think, but you can call if he's aggro and this overshoving move usually means he's just full of shit or he thinks that you have nothing more but draw after you just called flop, but price to pay for that decision is kinda biggish.
