can't deposit with mb (?)

      Hello everyone!
      this is my first post here and first of all I want to thank you for 50$ free :)
      I'm doing good so far hehe.
      but today I wanted to deposit 10$ with moneybookers, just to activate my rakeback and I can't.
      this message:

      Status: DECLINED

      Your deposit request has been declined. Please review your
      personal account information to ensure that it is the same as the
      information stored with your payment processor. You may correct
      any of your personal information and try again. If you are still
      unsuccessful, you may wish to try one of the other available
      deposit methods.


      Btw. I'm playing over a week now, and I wanted to know will I get my whole rakeback or just from the deposit on?

      I am happy to read that you are doing well with our strategy and starting capital.

      If you created your account in July in order to receive rakeback you need to make a deposit.

      I think your deposit has been declined because your e-mail address on FTP and Moneybookers doesn't match. To change your e-mail address in Moneybookers please log in to your Moneybookers account and go to my account / profile / list of e-mail adresses / manage / add
      Add your e-mail address and set it to your primary e-mail address for Moneybookers and try to deposit again.

      However, my e-mails match, so that cannot be the problem.
      Could the reason for this be the fact that I haven't confirmed my address on the MB, 'cause my acc. is fresh new?

      Those 10$ I wanted to deposit I received from my bf :)

      I'll try again asap and if I fail again mailing support is my only option.



      Another question: How much do I have to rake in order to withdraw all my money (free+earned) from FTP, if I decide to chose another site to play on (on PokerStrategy)?

      For your problem regarding your deposit please contact the Customer Support: support@fulltiltpoker.com

      You need to accumulate 100 Full Tilt Points when you make your own deposit. Full Tilt Points collected before you made the deposit also count.

      If you have further questions do not hesitate to ask.

      Hi. You have made the deposit without confirming your address on MB?
      I have some money on MB received from a poker room (I never deposited on MB) and want to deposit them on Fulltilt. I also haven't confirmed my address.
