      Hi,
Can someone please explain me how is the rake and rakeback calculated in ring games in fulltilt.
From what I can understand it's 5% of the pot up to 3$ that the one who wins the pot pays.
Is it from that amount that the rakeback is calculated.
I searched a little in the web and saw that there are dif methods for that rakeback, some sites gives you rakeback for the contributed money u put in the pot even if you lose and so on.

Would thank you very much for the explanation on that.

      Cheers:)

      Rakeback is:

Example: $1 rake paid on any pot

      $1 / players dealt in * 0.27

So $1 rake paid in any pot as long as you are dealt in (fold pre or not)

      So $1 / 9 *0.27 (FR) = 0.03c
      $1 /6 * 0.27 (SH) = 0.045c
      $1 /2 *0.27 (HU) = 0.135c

Hope that helps. If not try the FAQ at the top of this page.

      thnks guys.
So I guess the rb is calculated more or less like FTPs are distributed ie FT gives points to whom ever been at the table no matter what their action was.

So is there some formula that I can use to translate my FTPs earned to rb expected ?

Also rb is payed every Fri for which days ?

      Thnx

Don't forget that you have to deduct happy hour points though as these are obviously extra. You check how many of those you have on your my promotions page from the cashier.

Also, any freerolls or GTD MTT's that have overlay will have a negitive impact, as will spending FTP's or any bonuses you have running. :)

Forgot to say that withdrawing and depositing also have "admin charges" that are taken from you MGR also.

Roughly 3 percent of your ftps will be expected in rakeback. I.e for every 1000 points earned you should be expecting about 30 dollars rakeback. That is if you play 9 handed ring games. 1000/9 = your rake contributed = 111, then 27 percent of that = 30. This of course is just a rough estimate, but 3 percent usually works. I don't know about tournaments.
