Villain was unknown looks like nit. I think cb would be nice here. So turn I second barrel in scare card. So he either o draw or Jx or some times it could be Ax which he just called flop. Problem is that nuts drw no has pair, so is 2nd barrel is ok? And should I try 3barrel to fold Jx or don't get busted drw to bluff me off?

If he is a nit I would just give up after he calls cbet. Nits don't usually chase draws to often. To me the board looks good for 2 and even 3 barrels but against a loose player, not a TAG or nit. He should fold anything worse than Ax here. I have to say though, the turn isn't that much of a scare card. TAGish to nitty opponents call pf with good suited aces like ATs+ so actually that A is a very good part of his range too.

      I think I´d bet river.
Doubt he is going to float with Ax hands that often and he should fold Jx and of course his draws if we barrel river
The way like you played and c/f river is also fine, if you don´t think he can bet himself often there with busted draws and often has there Ax or better
