My question is did i play this too passivelt and should to I go for a raise on turn or river? I was worried about 78 given it was a 4 way limped pot but as I have a 7 should I raise river? what if he then shoves?

if you´re going to 3-bet to 8$ you have to call shove
And if you don´t see him raising very often turn with two pair, then I think b7c turn and c/c river is fine
I´d personally would just 3-bet turn to 9$ and call shove
I think he doesn´t have there 78 that often, rather two pair or 23
