      Button ($50.20)
      SB ($19.00)
      BB ($184.45)
      UTG+2 ($101.50) (Hero)
      MP1 ($12.80)
      MP2 ($26.50)
      MP3 ($100.00)
      CO ($257.87)

      Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with 2:diamond: , 2:club:
Hero calls $1.00, 1 folds, MP2 calls $1.00, 2 folds, Button calls $1.00, SB calls $0.50, BB checks,

      Flop: 7:heart: , 9:diamond: , 2:spade: ( $5 )
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $2.00, 1 folds, Button calls $2.00, SB calls $2.00, 1 folds

      Turn: K:spade: ( $11 )
SB checks, Hero bets $6.00, 1 folds, SB calls $6.00,

      River: A:club: ( $23 )
SB checks, Hero bets $10.00, 1 folds

      Final Pot: $31.85

I should bet more on the flop, but wanted callers, and hoped for a raise behind. Thought the turn might be good for my opponents, so looked for a raise behind here as well with a weak bet. River is either good for them or they fold to anything.

      UTG+2 ($47.61)
      MP1 ($84.40)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 2:spade: , 2:heart:
6 folds, Button calls $2.00, Hero calls $1.00, BB checks,

      Flop: 4:spade: , 2:club: , A:club: ( $6 )
Hero checks, BB checks, Button bets $5.00, Hero raises to $10.00, 1 folds, Button calls $5.00,

      Turn: 6:club: ( $26 )
      Hero raises All-In $32, Button calls $32.00,

      River: 4:diamond: ( $90 )

      Final Pot: $87.00

Playing short stack, but I think completing is ok here. Flop is drawy, but if someone is playing an Ace, is good for me. Should I bet more to protect against the FD? What about the turn? I push to defend against the single club, and have outs, so OK?

      Hi aciddrop!

Hand 1) I would bet more on the flop. If you think that someone behind you could call or raise: build a pot. Even on the turn I would bet bigger to build a bigger pot. On the river it's ok to bet small because he checked to you and didn't show any strength.

Hand 2) You should definitely bet here on the flop. In an unraised pot it's even more likely that someone has a flushdraw or straightdraw. If you are check/raising you should raise more. A minraise doesn't make much sense here because it commits you to the pot anyway.

      Good luck at the tables!
