Should I call here only, trying to induce another bet from him on the river? or should I just raise and take the pot there?

You're not trying to take down the pot right there even if you decide to raise. What you want is to get value from worse hands, either by letting him bluff at you or by betting so that he can call with his worse hands. The question is just which line is best for value.

      - You don't even know if villain is capable of bluffing to begin with.
      - Even if he is he might just give up on the river.
      - A minbet flop / overbet turn line from somebody who isn't known to be aggressive what usually a failed slowplay with something big or a drawing hand that got there, so chances are he's got enough to pay you off.
      - You're out of position so if he gives up you won't have a chance to bet again, same thing if he has a made hand and he's scared so he checks behind.

In a nutshell it's quite a bad spot to try and get fancy, the value you'll get from fastplaying the nuts will usually trump the value you'd get by trying to induce something. Just check/raise your nut hand and hope he pays off.

      Hope it helps.
