Villian is 40/20 after 50 hands, I 3bet as HJ posted dead blind so i figured his PFR was a steal so i can take down pot there. After Minraise I feel he has 1010 AQ or bluff, fold here?

Preflop is good I guess if villain is folding to enough 3bets u are throwing to him. Otherwise you just have KQ oop and that is always nasty, especialy against an unknow or a fish. If his range is wider when isolating limpers you still have some eq by just calling pf. Than you can easily chb/c flop and make a calldown if board and price is right.
That minraise is just a bad sign. If he had intention of bluffing you he would have done it properly on flop for greater fe and not on a harmless turn. Maybe it is some sort of a draw but doubt it. You are probably behind.

I wouldn´t suggest getting away there KQ.
If you 3-bet % is around 10% you miss really a lot and have to b/f flop, so if you hit tptk it is better just go with your hand
So as played: I´d shove turn. I think he can make there enough moves with worse hands to make shove there profitable and he doesn´t always need to have there AQ+ to play for stacks
I think KJ, J9, maybe even AT or Qj would take that line and ofcourse all his bluffs
