That overbet smells like he's trying to push me out of the pot, but what can I do?

I don't know if this guy has got me figured out or what. I considered pushing, but thought better of it and decided to fold and wait for a better hand. Based on him pushing me out of the earlier hand, is there any way I should have considered pushing to his limp/min-reraise? Technically it's borderline (3.85:1.5 = 2.57:1) but I really didn't feel like risking my stack with a hand like KQo.

1)Without any reads you can´t call. Very strangely played.
      2) That´s why I don´t raise with KQ even against single limper:) from SB and BB I think fold is fine.

Hand 2.) With an Ace you might consider to push here. He could limp/raise you here with any Pocket as well. More likely I would watch this guy and make notes on him to get a read.

      Hand 1.)
Nothing you can do differently here.
