Hand converted with online PokerStrategy.com hand converter:

      Play hand

      $0.1/$0.2 No-Limit Hold'em (5 handed)

      Known players:
      SB:
      $21.09
      BB (Hero):
      $23.28
      MP3:
      $6.56
      CO:
      $21.33
      BU:
      $34.77

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, K.
MP3 raises to $0.40, CO folds, BU raises to $1.50, 2 folds, MP3 calls $1.10.

      Flop: ($3.3) 4, J, 2 (2 players)
      MP3 checks, BU bets $2.47, MP3 calls $2.47.

      Turn: ($8.24) 8 (2 players)
      MP3 checks, BU bets $4.12, MP3 calls $2.59.

      River: ($14.95) J (2 players)

      Final Pot: $14.95.

BU is VP:11/PR:7/AFq:36/3B:3% over 260 hands

3b of 3% I decided to fold - no trouble especially OOP.
I checked on the equilator 3% is actually 88+ ( I thought it was much tighter)

      Hi!

3% is not 88+. Well it is if he`s leaving out AK and play 88-TT instead =)
So his 3b range is probably JJ+ AK and you`re up against a nit yes.
Given the situation that there is another (fishy) opponent in play you could call but you`ll be oop. If you hit your A or K you can than proceed with a calldown or more aggro approach depending on situation.

      Never folding this preflop.

260 hands isn't a lot to determine a 3betting frequency. He is a nit, but on the other hand, he's isolating a definite fish, so he could conceivably have AQ here.

I 4bet/call and chalk it up as a cooler if I lose. Nice thing is that the fish might call with a dominated hand and the nit could fold JJ or something in that scenario.

I can imagine just calling the 3bet to be okay also.

11/7 is quite tight, but nevertheless d 4-bet pf and would call shove
Since it is MP vs BU I think he can easily 3-bet there for value AQ (AJ)+ and maybe 88+ and AKs really crushing that range

      Indeed

But what is his 5Bet or shove range? KK+ maybe AK.

So why are you calling shove?

I think at least QQ+/AK. I would call shove, since I get too good odds and I´m not against KK+ most of the times

Same thoughts.I don't see any point in calling a shove at all unless i got the info the would stack off with QQ/AK too unless i assume he would do that only with KK/AA which is a trouble for us.I'd make a silly play of min 4betting which actually looks super strong on lower limits and people often tend to say: "look he min 4bet arhm he got AA".So this would be best play in my view versus such nitty opponents who has the following button action: fold or all in.They don't think about calling at all,if he 5bet shove we can pretty happily fold investing only 3.50$ instead of all our stack for 33%

      Hi N0pr,

I also think I would 4B to 4,5 and then fold to a shove.
