      Hi,

50xbb stack is difficult play :)

      Pre: ok
Flop: bet slightly bigger with straight+FD. 0.25
Turn: Why checking? You want money in ASAP! Bet 2/3 PSB=0.55 to protect and get value against higher FD's 2-pairs,sets
River: Sux, big overbet is often the nuts. I would still call since the As makes a higher flush somewhat less likely.
If you would have bet bigger the previous streets, you wouldnt had to call a massive over bet ;)

      T.

      Hi matel17,

As pointed out why did you check the Turn and the betsizing on the Flop is kinda low.

As played I can't fold the River but if he shows you the flush that means you made a mistake of not betting on the Turn

next time please use HTLM//BB code so I can see the suits and furthermore remove the results. Last but not least some kind of thoughts//specific questions would be very welcome :)

      Best regards,
      Gerv

How much should I bet here on the flop? (why?)

      20c into 35 is between 2/3 and 1/2.

I didn't bet the turn so that he can bluff on the river since I had the straight, and a flush draw I didn't think I could lose. Bigger flush was very unexpected.

I should probably stick to an ABC strategy though for know :)

Also, how should I post hands?

      Thanks, very much!

The pot is relatively low and the board texture is quite drawy. Furthermore most opponents won't care whether it is 20c or 30c you bet so I will bet 30c because you get more money :)

You want to get value from Draws, Pairs and you have a straight. Furthermore he checks so you close the action on the Turn so you miss value there. The bigger picture is that as soon as you hit your straight on the Flop your main objective is getting your stack in as soon as possible. With a potsize of $0.75, only a shove like this on the River means you can get your whole stack in.
