      I know in the starting hands chart it says not to play this hand in early position, but i couldnt help myself. was this a bad play on my part or is it ok to stray from the chart every now and agin??

      Hello Mrcrandle913,

      Generally people are very tight in Early position. They raise hands like AJ+,99+. So if you have AJ and you raise all-in probably you let AJ,AQ,99 fold but then you are up against a very strong range. The times he is folding does not compensate the amount of times you are losing with A:sJ

      So I would just follow the SHC strictly and learn a few more things through the articles. This way you are guaranteed to play +EV and profitable

      i just watched one of you videos and you said SSS is basically dead I was wondering what you meant by that??

      I don't think I said that it was dead but that some platforms are deciding to increase their buyin prefence ;)
