      Just check down. You win against a busted draw anyway and no worse hand will call you on the river. And there is no way for you to call that check-raise which suggests a clear monster.

      Agreed with the bolded part, until you run into people capable of bluff-catching there with random A-high hands.

      As for the river who knows, you might have induced something. The raise polarizes his range quite often since most people aren't capable of suddenly value-raising one pair hands unless they're dumb enough to have played QQ+ like that with the intention of doing just that, which is possible sometimes. I'd say most of the time he has a random 8h or a badly slowplayed flopped set, and once in a while you induce a bluff-raise. Probably still not often enough to call tho.
