Button Stats: 43/16 - (111 hands) Getting pretty lucky whole session, but general fish

SB only 24 hands although seems to play like a TAG reg.

Should I of re-raised a lot more on the flop here? Or even re-raised at all?

I guess the purpose of the raise was to isolate/protect. But you had a dilemma there. 1) You don't want to raise too much against a TAG who just showed great strength. 2) BTN is a fish so a small raise probably won't work for him.

So you can't raise here to isolate, let alone to protect when you may not even have the best hand. AA/TT/AT can raise large here.

The TAG SB donks pot which just looks too damn strong. Just fold here to avoid trouble with BTN still to act. Flatting sucks and raise sucks, why not get out cheap?

BTW I guess SB had AT. Hard to tell what BTN had but probably Tx or Ax.

I think SB had 9dTd or JdTd and BU had like...Ax. :f_tongue:

I don't really understand the donk though...at least one of you should have an A, or even if not it's still not a bad flop for you to cbet, why not let you..? :f_p:

If SB is a TAG REG, then he will not bet POT with a combo draw like that. To me the donk bet looks like for protection with Ax. Though now I doubt if he had AT because why would AT not 4 betting... Probably afraid of a set?

I should just sneak to MrMardyBum's blog to see the results... Damn it's not there!

I don't understand why he'd donk with either AT or the combo draw. Maybe he has like KK, I've seen KK been played like this before...but that doesn't add up to the action afterwards...I have no idea, I give up :)

      Maybe he'll say later :P

I should make a blog, and rant there about my mistakes and misfortunes, not here spamming the world :f_p:

      KK = preflop 3bet against OR + 1 caller.

AT bet out to protect against a FD when there are 2 players behind to act.

Yes, protection but I think it's viable that there will be a cbet or bet from the other guy, check-raising is very plausible, imo...

C'mon, you said SB looks like a REG and it turned out he's just another fish!

He looked reg-ish, and I can only assume he put the donk on a FD. he was playing 20/18 over the small sample I had. So until he proves otherwise, that's roughly standard for a TAG player.

If Sb is leading out very often with draws or worse pairs then I think raising flop is fine, I´d make it 3$
Like your turn fold. Don´t really think you´re often enough to call down
