      45% ORL...still, maybe it wasn't wise to do that with the shortie behind me?
      Can I check/fold the flop?

      I still like it, shorty played 2 hands so you don't know that he's awful to the point where he'll coldcall 3bets all day. Which even if he has, you stand to be doing pretty good with ATs for 35bb, so really it's an no-brainer for me regardless.

      On the flop there is no other play, he'll call it off with any draw any pair probably, letting him check back would be disastrous.

      Again, those aren't hands you should be having nightmares about, sometimes you play good aggressive poker and it just doesnt work out. If you find yourself angry or something, just take a break and watch some poker video of a coach you like, it usually helps gain back motivation and perspective.
