      Howdy,

      If CO is not a casual 3better I don't mind folding AJo preflop. Calling is fine if you think he can 3bet worse hands than AQ+/JJ+.

      As played raising seems fine to me (I would make it a bit bigger) because he bets just too small unless it's his usual bet for trapping and making fancy moves, folding then is better choice.

      Agreed, just bomb small bets by default if you have some sort of equity and see what happens. Even if he 3bets you, you don't lose much by folding you overcard+backdoor, and you gain useful knowledge. Most of the time tho, people will just fold and you'll pick up monies.
