      In loose passive games like this you have to raise your strong hands even from early position. As you saw, nobody tried to bluff your continuation bet and nobody had trips. If you had been called or raised on the flop, I would go ahead and let the hand go. Full ring games where everyone calls preflop you don't have to worry about being out of position so much, as position is only important in games where you can bluff, and the 6 players keep each other honest.
