Did 3bet in such situation coz we played 2.6k hands since yesterday. And today, after yesterday he lost over 3 stacks to me, he folded much more to my 3bets. Maybe i didnt need to push on river and jsut call, but it appeared to me that he's trying to squeeze me out of pot and he don't even have ace

I wouldn't 3B OOP with AT. Flat call is better.

Tough spot I have to say on the turn because the pot is big already. I think I would probably C/F. If you hadn't 3B you could easily C/C on the turn.

I would likely fold pf, i think call deep is also fine, I don´t like 3-bet with marginal hand, since he´d likely call with AJ-AK and you have really bad implied odds.
I would prefer c/c turn. Really hard to get value form worse hands and I think you don´t fold out better hands, so better let him bluff his QT/QJ and maybe worse Ax hands
river c/rai is fine. Don´t really put him on KK and he may bet himself with kx and you split all the Ax hands
