UTG preflop raise range is normally TT+, AK, so you shouldn't be calling with a dominated hand like KQs here. You're losing or coin flipping against 100% of villain's range.

The flop isn't too bad for you. You have TPGK but you're still behind a fair bit of villain's range. TT, QQ, KK, AA. You beat the JJ and the AK though. (and this represents more than 50% of villains range because there are four ways to be dealt a pocket pair and 16 ways to be dealt an unpaired hand. i think.)

On the turn the villain fires again on a brick. This is usually for value rather than as a bluff, because obviously if you're calling the flop the 3 won't have changed much for you. Bearing in mind his preflop raising range, it's therefore pretty likely he has you beat here. Overpairs or trips. It's only worth calling here if you know he can double barrel with complete air on a brick, even though you do have TPGK.

The river you should find a fold. There really isn't much at all the villain could raise with here that doesn't have you beat.

KJ, J9, flushdraw missed so I think going to showdown is fine as strong hand as KQ
