      I'd probably reraise preflop against most raisers here just because i like having the initiative.

      I'd also find the fold there on the turn because the villain can't have much other than trips or a bluff and the strategy articles say with top pair top kicker if you raise and are reraised on the turn you should fold.

      b/f is fine against player who you think isn´t really going to c/r turn with worse hands
      Against some aggressive opponents I´d call him down or shove turn myself
