      i put this guy on a set when he shoved... but i called because he could of done that with an overpair to the board too.

      3bet more cuz youre deep and youre oop.
      Its ok to go broke on this flop i believe. Ofcourse he has odds to setmine pf and you will be against set sometimes, but he still might play overpairs this way. For 100 bb its for sure go broke spot, 136 its close but i think its still go broke spot. Lets see what judges will say.

      how much would you recommend for the 3bet? i tend to go with 3x the original raise unless there is a caller or 2..

      I think he is not really overpair that way
      So I´d start out b/c flop and going from there
      I can consider b/c flop and then likely c/c turn and deciding on the river if I want to call him down or c/rai turn to protect my hand and get value his pair+draw hands
      Anyway I think 3-bet flop is not the best idea, since you force out his bluffs and likely only get all-in against two pair+
