I'm all in here all the time. As a rule i'm all in with kings always anyway, but here the BU might think you're trying something a bit clever. His line of reasoning may go "my raise there looked like a squeeze in position, maybe BB is a reg who's trying to get me to fold what he thinks is a bluff with complete air. I'm going to show him who's boss with my QQ/JJ/T9o."

Depends so much on the opponent. Any stats or anything? In general stacking off with KK at nl10 is almost always profitable, but it's understandable that you want to be more careful when 220bb+ is at risk.

It's also worth looking at his timing here. Insta-shove is more likely to be AA. Of course, him taking a few seconds doesn't tell us much, but his acting quickly might.

If you know for sure that villain is a complete nit who won't be 5bet-shoving anything weaker than KK and AA, then the fold is good, especially since his 3betting so big looks pretty strong.

I think you have put too much money in to fold KK that spot
So if you 4-bet to 35% of his stack you should also call shove
