UTG+1 has stats 40/15/3.5 and I has very wide range, but seems to have an idea what he is doing, so I would put him as LAG type. MP+1 is new, this was his 3rd hand.

      Please evaluate:

I would also fold, especially with no reads on MP1. We have to assume that we are coinflipping at best against a flush draw + overs, and often way behind against a set.

Plus we have to worry about UTG behind us who could also show up with a hand here every now and then.

I would 3-bet pf since as you said his range is quite wide and he would clal with worse hands
Postflop fold is fine. DOn´t think you´re ahead there that often that you should shove flop
