will playing tight tables improve my game?

      hey,
      so, tonight i log onto party poker, but all the nl10 tables are really tight. like the percent of players seeing the flop is around 14 or 15% or lower.
      i figure, ok, cool, a chance to play against some better players and see how i do. maybe it will help me learn a few things.

      but really, it seemed completely pointless. most of the time i was able to steal the blinds, and if i got called a c-bet won the pot. every once in a while they had a hand and my bluffs didnt work. unless two people at the table had really good hands (set v set) the pots were always tiny.

      is there any reason to play at these kinds of tables?
