      That's a tricky spot. Maybe a fold preflop? But then again it is a blind battle. If he's that nitty though maybe he doesn't adjust for the blinds either.

      I think by turn at best you're splitting as he won't bet KK or QQ twice with the ace showing, so it's a fold, and i don't think you can really fold on the flop because he might be cbetting with KK or QQ.

      I attempt to fold preflop. If he 3bets only for value with JJ+, AK, AQs we have 29% and we need 33.

      I'd fold the turn. You are only calling for a split.

      Agreed. I don't mind the preflop call tho if you're capable of folding when his range gets really narrow which it looks like you are, good things can happen for you even against premium hands sometimes and if he's indeed capable of being light he'll barrel the boards you hit. Wouldn't quarrel with anyone wanting to fold until you gathered a sample decent enough to be able to tell if he's a nit nit or a 3betting-light nit.
