I know it's probably been debated a million times, but I just can't seem to find the info now.

Anyway, just want to know how does spending FTP points for items in the shop affect rakeback. I remember something about 1 FTP point being worth around 0,004\$. Can someone please give me the exact value of the point.

1 FTP = 0.005 \$ (e.g. 200 FTP = 1\$)

But this is deducted from you gross rake balance, so you effectively lose 0.005 * 0.27 = 0.00135\$ in rakeback for every FTP used

Meaning that 1 FTP is actually worth 0.005 - 0.00135 = 0.00365\$

Thanks for the info. So this means, if I bought an item worth 6000 FTP points, I lose; 6000 x 0.00135 = 8,1\$ ?

Kind Regards,

Jkob.

Yes, that is correct.

I think I may have found this on 2+2 but it made my life really simple when I decided to buy something from the store and wanted to calculate my lost rakeback.

"Spending Full Tilt Points (FTP’s)

Every 200 Full Tilt points spent incurs a \$1 deduction (or \$0.005 per point) from our MGR. If we purchased an item from the store for 7000FTP’s, the deduction from our MGR would be:

7000 / 200 = 35

This should not be confused with rakeback, which is the direct cost to us, the consumer. To work out how much rakeback we would lose on this purchase we need to multiply this value by 27% (in this case the actual amount of rakeback you would lose is \$9.45)."

That's basically exact same thing malosanmaka said, but thanks anyway. After all if nothing else it's a confirmation that this is the thing

Kind Regards,
