      I'd 3b against his minraise on the turn. I expect him to raise KJ or J7 on the flop so you are most often ahead.

      I wouldn't donk the river. You just don't let him any chance to bluff you with busted draws.

      When he minraises the turn I would expect him to bet the river nearly always, regardless of whether he has a bluff or a made hand. So I would just go ahead and let him do it, leading out small doesn't really achieve anything.

      Agreed. He's representing the case J and if he has that he's never folding, so I'd just 3-bet the turn for value and felt it.

      As played the only reason to bet the river would be if your opponent is nitty enough that the possible straight out there would scare him off betting Jx, which is possible but unlikely. Just check/call as a default.
