I think AT is fine to 3-bet
c-bet seems also fine. Depends on the player you can sometimes b/f that hand but I think bet/shove can be also reasonable if he is either bluffing too often or raising with draws
Turn: c/c seems fine. You should be ahead enough times to call once and decide river and very often he´d check back better Ax hands so you can go to showdown if you´re beat and he´d likely only shove with flush (which he doesn´t have that often or AJ/set that he just called flop).
River: c/f is fine. He may bluff sometimes, but if you lead out he would sometimes fold AQ, but mostly calling with all the flushes and if he doesn´t have flush he would also very often check behind
