      my first impression is he's a fish since he's a unknown, but he seems to be a decent player by PTR who drop limits for some reason.

      I would likely just prefer b/f flop and if get called then c/f turn, since if you start c/c you´re likely not getting to showdown that often and if you get there you´re behind against Jx or Qx
      river: I´d prefer fold, since i think he isn´t turning his one pair ahnds, like TT/99 into bluff and shove them. So you basically hope that AT, T9, KT didn´t bet turn and now shoving for value, although he´d likely take that line more often with AQ/KQ.
