NL10 rush. Ok to call down with bottom set with these stacks and weird turn line? Or just get it in?

Raise the flop imo. There are so many Ax combinations he may feel are to good to let go and he will call you. On the turn raise more, somewhere around 2.5 should be fine. Note that he minbets/minraises which is without a doubt a super fishy play for something villain considers a very strong hand. You now have to think what is he willing to go broke with. If you are ahead of this range just shove it and if you think he is not going to call anything worse I'd most likely fold bottom set as he will surely bet the river again after you also have shown good strength.

Since you´re likely not going to raise flop with AJ/AQ I think call is also fine
I´d also raise turn and call 3-bet and I think you have to call river shove
He can play that way AT or maybe some combo draws and set just seems too strong to fold there
