      opponent is 30/22 with a 9.3% 3bet over 225 hands. did i play the hand good vs this guy, anyway i fold to a 5bet here ?

      Well if you chose to 4 bet with pocket pair and got pushed against the right play is to call because against QQ+ and AK you still have 35% equity and you got the right odds. This play is profitable in the long term given the fold equity of 4 bet, especially against a 9.5 3bet guy.

      True enough. I usually don't 4-bet wider for value at these stakes because people are just not 5betting wide at all, so I'm mostly just 4-betting light to get them to calm down or calling in position to collect a c-bet before stealing the pot if necessary. It's a preference thing tho I just feel I make better decisions that way instead of just getting into a variance fest, as long as you can see people shoving AK over and 3bet/folding a bunch it's okay to take the high variance road as well.
