Don't understand it

      I've got a call from your service. I answered all the questions that You asked to identify me. Everything was alright and You said that i will receive my 50$ bonus ,but when i logged in to i saw a note :
      "Unfortunately your ID check failed
      Unfortunately, your user account did not pass the ID check. As a result, we cannot transfer the $50 starting capital to your account."

      Could you explain what was wrong?
