      Dear Community,

In this thread we would like to invite you to discuss among one another and give feedback on the softwares of PartyPoker, iPoker and Ongame.

Specifically we would be interested in opinions, criticism, and ideas for improvements for each of the 3 network softwares: iPoker (e.g. Titan, William Hill, Bet365, PaddyPower, Betfred, Mansion), Ongame (Bwin or EuroPoker) and PartyPoker.

We will collect the feedback, evaluate the made points and forward it to our partner sites so that they can keep it in mind for future developments.

We have collected several main points in a questionaire and would like you to evaluate each points with a grade between 1 and 10 (1 = very bad; 10 = very good). You can also add more detailed explanations to the grades on why exactly you like it or dislike it.

In case you don't know all of the softwares, so e.g. only played at Party and Ongame, you can simply skip the iPoker questions.

In order to also fit your answers to the type of player you are - please also include the initial information on yourself (e.g. what limits you play, how many tables, how many hands per month).

      Thanks a lot!

      I) Information about you:

      a) what stakes do you play?: NL100 & 200sh
      b) how many tables do you play simultaneously?: 4-6 usually; rarely more
      c) how many hands do you play per month?: 25-35k

      II) Lobby

      a) Overview & finding tables:
      2) iPoker: 4

      b) VIP status display & cashier navigation:
      2) iPoker: 6

      III) Tables

      a) Tablelayout:
      2) iPoker: 7 (new software)

      b) Instant Handhistory & Replayer:
      2) iPoker: 2 (and i'm generous)

      c) Good for multitabling:
      2) iPoker: 6 (you need to get used to it though; if one plays there for the first time: 1)

      d) Maximum number of tables you can comfortably play on this software:
      2) iPoker: 8 (16 sometimes, but it's like you'd play 30+ on Stars)

      e) Ease of using Holdem Manager/Pokertracker3 with the software:
      2) iPoker: 8

      IV) Other

      a) Resource intensity of the software:
      2) iPoker: 4 (very slow lobby, thus scanning 100+ tables take ages even on really fast PC)

      b) System-stability (Software freezing/crashing?)
      2) iPoker: 9+

      V) General other Feedback / critic / what can be improved that wasn't mentioned above?
      2) iPoker:
      - give us option to not show empty tables (atm: 'show only empty' or 'show only full' ones) - may be skin dependent though
      - more detailed table filters
      - copy all features new Stars software has
      - give us option to never post BB & SB if not in exact position (if you return after PC/software/connection crush, blinds are posted immediately without question)
      - implement buddy list which you can review and filter only tables with those players
      - speed up lobby
(cant remind of anything else - need to play it first)

VI) How do you rate the software overall (1= very bad / 10=very good)
      2) iPoker: 5 (if Stars is 10)

iPoker: i want the option to choose layout myself!

edit1: they should include the most options of iPoker BetPot software.. the most of them are quite easy to be implemented

edit2: 'remember table position' would be great; even better would be to have an option to save and use different user profiles

edit3: option to see stacks only in big blinds, not in $ (great for playing more limits at the same time).. or in BB & currency^^

edit4: give up all stupid animations (which are usually turned off by players themself) what will make game faster - that will allow to add timebank in cg without infected number of hands per hour per table (not auto-timebank if running out of time - lets make it 'click necessary')

      3) Ongame: 8

      V) General other Feedback / critic / what can be improved that wasn't mentioned above?

      3) Ongame: the lack of proper filters in the lobby and the simple auto-rebuy feature makes Ongame a really crappy place for multitabling.

      1) Party Poker: VIP system is poor, Rake is far far too high at micro stakes this needs to be improved. Also the reliability of the tables is poor, they have crashed more than i care to mention where as competitors even those with higher graphic/ram usage such as pkr are more reliable.

I guess it's a nice way for them to get free feedback on things they should have fixed years ago.
