      Villain: 64/24/3.5 on 142h sample

Was not going for it on the flop, because the 3rd player was somewhat of a reg. Now on turn i don't want to believe the villain just because of the turn beeing so blank. And on the river i think that if he hits the T, then he won't be betting that small. Although, the kicker of my pair still kinda sucks i did what i did to take down the pot and represent some kind of strength. What do you think about such a play?

I think the preflop raise is dicey considering just how loose aggression the BB is, 74o is very weak. Still you have position and the skill edge so it's your call.

As played I'd probably just small the small river bet, just because even tho our kicker isn't that great and he'll show us stuff like A7 sometimes, we still beat air and busted draws and I don't really expect that guy to fold such a hand to a raise often either. He could be dumbly betting Qx like that as well, he looks that bad after all.

So I'd say yes on the play, no on the opponent. If he was some sort of nit instead I'd think he'd be much more likely for him to blockbet/fold a better 7x hand.

      Hope it helps.
