Is this a good fold, many players who are 15/9 are calling 3bets with JJ or QQ so I though he had one of these.

Not only JJ and QQ but also hands like AhKh KhTh AhTh AhJh Th9h 8h9h 7hXh have plenty of equity versus your hand although they aren't favourite to win it,but combined with his other range of JJ/QQ/JQ ,even 77 you are quite behind. If you feel he is holding one of the draws because they are wider part and also AQ(which he might raise if he feels he have to protect or anything like this)just call his raise on the flop and check/all in on turn.If he check back blank turn you can be sure he is holding a draw and you can easily check/call blank river with his bluff.

      quite difficult situation
really hard to think that 15/9 would raise pf and then call 3-bet with KT or AThh and even against these hands you´re not doing good.
If you don´t think that player can raise flo9p for value with AQ or bluff you then b7f seems quite reasonable, although I´d likely just shove, since my table image is just too terrible
