Villain has been playing a pretty solid ABC-poker style this far.

I'm not really sure what he has at this point, I figure he might have run with a pocket pair preflop and hit a set, but then re-raising the turn with the possible straight draw has me completely confused on what he has and what to do.

      about the hand
don´t really like your limp pf. if you´re going to play that hand then either raise pf to isolate limper
I think 4-way you can´t really c/c potsize bet with just top pair, so flop fold would be better. Since you hit now a lot of outs I think c/c is fine or if you decide to lead I don´t really like lead/folding. i really doubt he has there straight and your two pair outs might also be good. So I think c/c is reasonable on the turn to see if you hit your draw or two pair. Since you lead and he raised you I´d prefer b/c turn (unless you put him to set or straight- then you should fold) and shove river if you hit your trips or better hand
