      he's 20/17 and his call 3bet % is 10%. he literally just sat down ( i already had hands on him)

      I think he is very often going to have TT+,AK-AQs in this spot as he just flats.He might also be doing this with 99 but don't think he would raise this flop with it.I think you are very often behind here as his raise is a comitting and i doubt he is folding to your shove.

      once you 3-bet pf you can´t really get away your hand that spot
      He can c/r bluff you or do that with draws so I like bet/shove rather than b/f
