      Since SB looks crazy I think it's okay preflop, a 3bet stat would help tho.

      Postflop I'd probably just forget about protection because his craziness will usually yield a lot of value for us if we let him run wild, so I'd probably give him another shot at bluffing on the turn because jamming on him. I don't hate your reraising on the flop considering how small he c-bet to begin with, it doesn't look like he's really ready to spew off his stack, but I'd reraise smaller.
