      I think everything is standart here until the river comes. I asume that we should be betting here, but putting the guy all-in is definitely just isolating against premium hands here. What bet sizing would you suggest in the river here? The 1/2 pot bet is already a half of his stack...

      I don't really think you isolate against premiums hands since often he'll bet those on the turn and/or the river.

      As for putting him all-in, he's playing 75/29/3, usually he's not really scared of getting money in the middle.

      When in doubt I'd probably play it the same and hope he can't fold AA44K.
