      You need approx. 20% equity to call this and you have that for sure given the fact that he is most likely fishy fish.
      But in a few words to avoid any math here - just take a look on him, board and amount to call. There are draws, he is bad player and you have to calll 0.16$ to win 0.79$ - seems like fair deal.
