      85 and T8 can definitely be in his range and are not necessarily bet by him because they have only gutshot and villian is quite passive with cbets.Given his preflop raise he can easily have set there like 44,66 even probably 77,with the redraw to flushdraw you can't really fold although 85,T8 are 32 combos and 44/66/77 only 9.

      I would also 3-bet turn and call turn shove
      He should have there force hands and if he has higher straight then likely you still have outs to hit your flush
