      I woudl prefer raising 88 ip to build bigger pot and get more money in the pot if you hit your set
      Once you limped: postflop is palyed fine
      Don´t expect anyone to hold there AA/JJ and if he happesn to have KQ/Q9/97 then I´d just cosnider it cooler and would b/c anyway since I think he can also c/rai with AJ

      basically yes
      unless you afraid that utg might limp/raise then limping behind is fine. BUt most of the times they would limp/call or limp/fold or if they call then fold to c-bet quite often
