      yes.
      I would just 3-bet flop to 1$ and play for stacks, so you don´t ahve to worry too many bad turn cards since you´re pot committed and should shove any turn card
      His min-raise isn't also that strong- often it is just top pair/overpair hand that isn't going to fold or maybe some kind of draw
      as played: easy valuebet on the river. he is going to call you down with worse hands but at the same time won´t really bet himself that often 9x or worse hands
