      Well, what usually happens to me is I call the flop, then call the turn figuring they're full of shit very often, then the river is a 6, they jam I call, and they show me something like 64 ;)

      Seriously, whatever you do don't call the turn and fold the river. Either give up on the turn if he's generally tight and probably can't just go insane overbetting a bluff for 3 streets, or commit to calling him down. I'd say when in doubt just giving up the turn is best against limp/callers, they tend to be on the passive side more often than not.
