      3-bet bigger preflop with a coldcaller in between, 4x is fine.

      Flop is fine, if you really don't think he'd minbet/call Ax on the flop you can actually raise the turn again for value and possibly induce him to minbet the river again even if you're behind which gives you a cheap showdown.

      River is somewhat gross, 43 got there and he could still be playing Ax/monsters that way, he's just that bad. Depending on timing I might make a curious call sometimes against totally spazzy players, most likely a prudent fold since I don't really see what he would need to bet the river 1/2 pot with that we beat there, not much of anything "missed".
