I would bet turn 3$, since very oftne he is going to c/c again with Kx hand and draws
you can maybe b/f river to 3$, but I think going to showdown is also fine
Depends how often he has there draws or if he is also calling you down with 7x

So my turn bet has to be bigger to get value from Kx 7x, 99-QQ sorta hands if my plan is to check the river ?

      depends on the river
I´d bet most rivers again for value 2/3 potsize bet
But since you mostly hold best hand and he is very often going to c/c again with worse hands don't see any reason why not bet more on the turn for value
