      I would raise flop to 6$ and play for stacks since you´re ahead all of his draws that he can easily have when he pots the flop
      Although if you have seen only players bet pot with sets or two pairs then call is also fine
      I think turn call is also fine with your equity and I would check back river
      He is not never folding there set or Kx hand and you´'re now ahead all his draws so go to showdown
