I would raise flop to 3$ turn and river caldlown are fine
He can be bluffing or betting worse hands and QQ has quite a lot showdown value to call these bets down

What is the difference between a $3 flop raise and a $2.60 flop raise beyond compounding the pot ?

not really big, but to me 2.6$ seems more like bluffing so he can easily come over with straight draws or pure bluffs. And not really sure if you want to induce there or that he would really b/c with Ax hand getting that good odds.
Edit: and since sometimes you also want to raise there with overcards or draws I think you are not going to raise that small with bluffs since that would get called a little too often

oh ok , the poker site had the buttons : 1/2 pot 3/4 pot , psb and max for snap bets :D

my typical bets are PSB preflop (both first in and 3bet),
on the flop if i want to bet , it would be 1/2 pot unless i have a read that his a peeler specifically then i would bet more.

so i probably bet 1/2 pot there i think
