Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Elephant 0.90 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is SB with T:diamond: , T:club:
3 folds, MP2 raises to $0,08, MP3 calls $0,08, CO calls $0,08, BU folds, Hero calls $0,07, BB folds.

      Flop: ($0,34) 9:diamond: , 9:club: , 2:spade: (4 players)
Hero checks, MP2 checks, MP3 checks, CO bets $0,1, 3 folds, CO gets uncalled bet back.

      Final Pot: $0,34

Was Mtt-ing w/o hud, as didn't have pse back then.

I'm folding in these spots like 90% of time, calling and raising 5%.

If board didn't pair w/o overcards I would c/c flop and c/f any turn.

      Is that too weak?

      ,Thanks in advance

      edit:

I think you can also 3-bet pf TT although I guess call is also fine
once original raiser checks I think he is going to c/f a lot of times so I´d c/r co small bet and play for his stack
He is very likely has there worse hand since his stats are 50/6 and he is betting there quite a wide range, not only 9x
So I think fold is too nitty, since you´re just ahead very often with your overpair on that spot and instead of c/f I think you can also consider leading out that board.
